Stump-Franki jetting procedures represent cutting-edge technology in specialist civil engineering.
We inject cement suspensions into the surrounding soil using a high-energy jet effect at pressures of up to 800 bar. The highly specific setting of manufacturing parameters makes it possible to either distribute the extracted soil or use it as a building material in column construction. The milling effect of the cutting jet also helps to create a predominately column-shaped body of concrete, which can be used in appropriate alignments as a support, deep foundation, sealing base or sealing block.

The cement-based suspensions used must satisfy strict requirements to keep soil and water clean and uncontaminated. New recycling procedures have also been added to the process, through which the remaining suspension can be reprocessed and the individual ingredients reused in the work process. The jet grouting method is also characterised by particularly quiet and vibration-free production, making it perfect for use in residential areas.
On the basis of our own national technical approval, we are continually working to develop this process further. There are so many possibilities for the use of this new technology that we are nowhere near exhausting them.
